These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, web hosting packages, custom web development, and software applications (including Complete School Management Systems (CSMS), Factory Management Systems (FMS), Accounting Systems (AccMS), and related software platforms).

By accessing our website or subscribing to our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Scope of Services

WMTechno provides enterprise digital services across two core branches:

Software & ERP Applications: Progressive Web Application (PWA) deployments including CSMS, FMS, AccMS, HrMS, SafeMS, and custom enterprise platforms.
Web Services & Hosting Packages: WordPress hosting tiers (Basic, Standard, Premium, Custom), domain registration, SSL certificates, professional business email hosting (IMAP/SMTP), and public web design integrations.

3. Software Licensing & Application Access

When subscribing to WMTechno software platforms:

Deployment Model: Software is delivered as browser-accessible Progressive Web Applications (PWAs). No local client installation or manual client-side maintenance is required.
Unlimited User Access: Unless explicitly stated in a custom contract, WMTechno systems do not charge per-user seat fees. Clients can add user accounts dynamically according to their organizational needs.
Included Services: Software subscriptions include technical support, server maintenance, framework releases, system updates, staff training, and operational consulting.
Acceptable Use: You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, resell, or distribute the underlying software code or platform architecture.

4. Hosting & Web Infrastructure Terms

Clients utilizing WMTechno web hosting and domain services agree to the following operational parameters:

Resource Allocation: Hosting packages provide dedicated SSD storage, MySQL database quotas, and control panel access (Plesk) as specified in your selected plan tier.
Domains & SSL Certificates: Promotional first-year free domains and SSL certificates are granted for the initial 12-month period and are subject to standard annual renewal rates thereafter.
Fair Usage: Unlimited bandwidth allocations remain subject to network fair-use standards to prevent server abuse or illegal traffic distribution.

5. Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Backups

99.9% Infrastructure Uptime: Our DevOps and SysAdmin engineering teams maintain server infrastructure designed for 99.9% operational availability.
Automated Private Backups: Web applications support automated private backups that can be routed directly to the client’s designated Google Drive storage account. WMTechno is not liable for data loss occurring due to third-party storage account misconfiguration or client credentials exposure.
System Maintenance: Occasional scheduled maintenance will occur during low-traffic windows with advance notification whenever possible.

6. Payments, Billing & Electronic Invoicing

Pricing & Billing: Services are billed according to agreed contract terms, invoices, or selected online hosting tiers.
Payment Channels: Payments are accepted via cash, bank transfer, credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard), and integrated online payment gateways.
E-Invoicing Compliance: Invoices issued for Egyptian operations fully comply with regional mandates and are integrated with the Egyptian Tax Authority (ETA) portal.
Multi-Currency: Multi-currency transactions are processed based on the invoice currency specified at the time of purchase.

7. Confidentiality & Data Integrity

Both WMTechno and the Client agree to hold all proprietary, financial, and operational information strictly confidential. WMTechno will never utilize client database records, user information, or business analytics for external gain or third-party sharing.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

WMTechno shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from lost business data, unbacked files, or temporary third-party network outages.
Total liability for direct claims under any service agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client to WMTechno in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cairo, Egypt.
