While WMTech was officially incorporated in Cairo in 2019, our story began much earlier. Since 2012, our founders have been immersed in the research and development of first-generation ERP and Complete School Management Systems (CSMS).
Today, our solutions are not “new” to the market—they are battle-tested. Most of our core products are currently on Versions 5 and 6, representing years of refinement, market understanding, and technical evolution. We don’t just build software; we evolve it to meet the shifting demands of the global economy.
The WMTech Journey
The journey began with the development of specialized first-generation ERP systems and Complete School Management Systems (CSMS). This period was dedicated to years of research, development, and a deep understanding of market needs.
WMTech was officially founded in Cairo, Egypt, by Hassan Elgharib and Mohamed Genedy. At launch, the company already boasted 5 core products in the educational sector and 12 active clients.
We successfully expanded into the European market, with a specific focus on France, introducing our CSMS and cloud solutions to international clients.
Our portfolio grew to 16+ integrated software solutions. We reached a milestone of 100+ clients across health, retail, and logistics, with 30+ active licenses in the education sector alone.
While our products lead the market today, our next-generation Version 7 framework is already in development. We are currently executing a strategic expansion into Saudi Arabia and the Gulf region to become the region's most trusted tech developer.
