Billing & Tax Information: For processing payments and issuing valid invoices, we collect billing details and tax identification numbers.
System Usage Data & Logs: When you interact with our Progressive Web Apps (PWAs) or hosted platforms, our servers log essential technical data (such as IP addresses, browser types, device information, and system activity) to ensure performance, security, and uptime.
Geographic Data: When using interactive forms or location features in our applications, we use Google Maps API integrations to validate exact address inputs.

2. How We Use Your Information

We process your data strictly for operational, support, and legal purposes:

Delivering and maintaining your web hosting, domains, and software subscriptions.
Generating tax-compliant invoices and processing e-invoicing submissions via the Egyptian Tax Authority (ETA) portal.
Providing technical support, staff training, and platform updates.
Monitoring server health, mitigating DDoS attacks, and preventing unauthorized system access.
Zero Commercialization: We operate under strict internal governance. We never sell, rent, trade, or monetize your personal or business data to third parties.

3. Third-Party Integrations & Data Processing

To provide seamless enterprise features, our software connects securely with select third-party services:

Google Cloud & Drive API: If enabled, our systems perform automated, encrypted backups transmitted directly to your designated Google Drive storage account. We do not inspect or store these private backup contents on external servers.
Egyptian Tax Authority (ETA): Financial transaction data required by Egyptian law is transmitted over encrypted channels to the official ETA e-invoicing gateway.
Payment Gateways: Online payments (Visa, credit card, bank gateways) are processed through secure, compliant payment partners. We do not store full payment card numbers on our local servers.

4. Data Security & Storage

We protect your data using defense-in-depth engineering practices:

Encryption: All application traffic in transit is secured with SSL/TLS encryption. Sensitive system archives and database mirrors are stored with encryption at rest.
Hosting Security: Web and application servers are guarded by active malware scanning, web application firewalls, and automated DDoS defenses.
Access Control: System administrators manage access permissions dynamically through customizable Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC), ensuring only authorized personnel within your organization view sensitive records.

Data Ownership: You retain full ownership of all data, files, and records entered into your WMTechno software instance.
Access & Correction: You may request updates, corrections, or exported copies of your personal or organizational account data at any time.
Data Retention: We retain your account data only as long as required to fulfill active service contracts or meet legal and accounting obligations.
