Returns and Refunds

Software

Yearly Subscription Fee: There is an annual subscription fee for all software, which covers updates, support, and maintenance.
Refund Policy: Due to the nature of software products, refunds are not available once the contract is signed and the software is delivered. Please ensure you review the software specifications, contract, and terms before making a purchase.

Hardware

Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with your hardware purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
Flexible Options: We offer flexible return options, including exchanges and store credit. Please contact our customer service team to discuss the best option for your situation.
Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned hardware, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Web Services

Service Fees & Activation: Web services, including enterprise hosting, professional email packages, SSL certificates, and domain registrations, are provided on a recurring subscription basis. These services are considered delivered and active once the technical provisioning has been completed by our Technical Operations team.
Refund Policy: Due to the irreversible nature of digital provisioning and the fact that WMTech acts as a partner and reseller for international datacenters and registrars, refunds are not available for web services once the service has been activated or the domain has been registered. Specifically, domain registration and SSL certificate fees are non-refundable as they involve immediate, third-party costs that cannot be reversed.
Subscription & Cancellation: While the initial subscription fee is non-refundable, clients may choose to terminate their service at the end of the current billing cycle. To prevent automated renewal and future recurring invoices, written notice of non-renewal must be provided before the start of the next yearly subscription period.

These Terms and any disputes relating to your use of the website or services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of Cairo, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
